Booking & Payment
A non-refundable booking fee secures your date. Full payment is due before the event.

Cancellation
Cancellations incur a 33% fee. Costs already incurred will be charged. Full refunds may be given in emergencies (e.g. illness, COVID).

Copyright
All images/videos remain Sukh Studios’ copyright. We may use them for portfolio or marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.

Social Media
You may share our photos with credit. Do not edit or alter them without permission.

Liability
We’re not liable for missed moments due to equipment failure, guest interference, or unforeseen issues. Refunds are limited to fees paid.

Client Duties
Clients must provide accurate info, meals for long shoots, and stable Wi-Fi for live streaming. We’re not responsible for poor network.

Photo/Video Requests
Let us know in writing before the event if you have special requests. Changes later may incur extra charges.

Coverage & Editing
We’ll do our best to capture all key moments. Basic editing is included. Extra edits may cost more.

Live Streaming
Clients must provide stable Wi-Fi for live streaming. While we’ll attempt to use our own network if needed, we are not liable for stream interruptions due to poor internet connectivity.

Special Requests
All specific requests for shots, video edits, or custom deliverables must be communicated in writing before the event. Late changes may result in additional charges.

Promotion & Privacy
We may use your photos/videos for promotions. Your data stays private and is not shared with third parties.
